In the Collapsed As-Built Analysis, we dive into the contractor’s As-Built program. Delay events are isolated, and through a logical process, we deduce theoretical completion dates for comparison with actual completions. This illuminates the net project delay, excluding delays attributed to parties other than the contractor.
